Leadership au Féminin (Women’s Leadership) is a project launched in October 2024. This project seeks to address the urgent need to improve access to the labor market for women with a migratory background in Belgium, who too often find themselves at the intersection of multiple forms of discrimination and marginalization, by equipping them with essential skills and personalized support to enhance their employability. Through tailored training in digital, interpersonal and linguistic competencies, combined with personal development initiatives and mentorship, we aim to foster their autonomy and inclusion in the labor market. We foster personal development, create safe spaces and establish an individual mentorship program connecting participants with our network of experts and employers. This holistic approach aims to facilitate their professional integration and long-term success.
This project reflects our broader commitment to social inclusion, equality, and combating unemployment among vulnerable youth. Together, we can create a more inclusive and equitable future for all.
This project is carried out with the support of Trane Technologies and the King Baudouin Foundation’s ‘Shaping the Future’ initiative
