Leiderschap voor Vrouwen<\/strong> Leiderschap voor Vrouwen<\/em> Gelanceerd in oktober 2024, richt dit project zich op het verbeteren van de het verbeteren van de toegang tot de arbeidsmarkt voor vrouwen met een migratieachtergrond in Belgi\u00eb.<\/strong> Deze vrouwen worden vaak geconfronteerd met meervoudige vormen van discriminatie en marginalisering. Door hen essenti\u00eble vaardigheden en persoonlijke begeleiding te bieden, willen we hun inzetbaarheid vergroten.<\/strong> Met op maat gemaakte trainingen in digitale, interpersoonlijke en taalvaardigheden,<\/strong> gecombineerd met persoonlijke ontwikkelingsinitiatieven en mentorschap,<\/strong>streven we naar meer autonomie en arbeidsmarktintegratie voor deze vrouwen.<\/span>\u00a0We bevorderen persoonlijke ontwikkeling, cre\u00ebren veilige ruimtes en stellen een individueel mentorschapsprogramma op dat deelnemers verbindt met ons netwerk van experts en werkgevers. Deze holistische benadering is bedoeld om hun professionele integratie en langdurig succes te vergemakkelijken.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
