Empowering Refugee Youth & Women<\/h3>\n

ARSAL PROJECT<\/h1>\n

Het Education and Empowerment Center in Arsal bevindt zich in het kamp Al Nahria, waardoor het gemakkelijk toegankelijk is voor onze studenten.
We richten ons op twee<\/strong> hoofdprogramma's in het centrum.
Ten eerste is er het niet-formele onderwijsprogramma<\/strong> Dit programma is gericht op het verbeteren van hun academische niveau door het aanbieden van het Libanese lesprogramma met Arabische en Franse taal, wiskunde, kunst en levensvaardigheden, naast wekelijkse wetenschapslessen en PSS-activiteiten. Dit programma geeft kinderen de kans om zich in te schrijven voor openbare scholen of ALP, en heeft ook als doel om een veilige ruimte te cre\u00ebren voor de kinderen in het centrum waar ze kunnen spelen en leren.
Het tweede is het empowermentprogramma,<\/strong> dat zich richt op de empowerment van jongeren en vrouwen door alfabetisering en sociale en economische kansen door cursussen Arabisch, Frans, levensvaardigheden en computervaardigheden aan te bieden. Dankzij deze training kunnen vrouwen hun eigen producten maken, die we namens hen op de markt brengen en verkopen om hun inkomen te ondersteunen. 100% van de opbrengst van de verkochte producten gaat rechtstreeks terug naar de vrouwen die ze hebben gemaakt.
Naast deze programma's is er altijd psychologische ondersteuning door een fulltime psycholoog die tijdens kantooruren in het centrum aanwezig is.<\/p>\n
