{"id":7195,"date":"2019-05-28T16:33:01","date_gmt":"2019-05-28T14:33:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sboverseas.org\/?p=7195"},"modified":"2019-05-28T16:33:01","modified_gmt":"2019-05-28T14:33:01","slug":"reflecting-on-hardship-blog-by-bayan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sboverseas.org\/fr\/reflecting-on-hardship-blog-by-bayan\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9flexion sur les difficult\u00e9s \u2013 Blog de Bayan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br>J&#039;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 faire du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat avec SB OverSeas en mars, au centre du camp de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s d&#039;Ouzai situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Saida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant m\u00eame de recevoir une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ma candidature, je savais que je me lan\u00e7ais dans un d\u00e9fi difficile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd&#039;hui, j&#039;enseigne depuis presque trois mois, et il y a des jours o\u00f9 je trouve encore que c&#039;est un d\u00e9fi. Certains moments sont plus difficiles que d&#039;autres. J&#039;ai eu des moments de d\u00e9couragement \u2013 lorsque je doute de mes capacit\u00e9s et que je commence \u00e0 ressentir de la d\u00e9ception et du ressentiment envers le comportement de mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, je pense aux difficult\u00e9s que la communaut\u00e9 et leurs enfants ont travers\u00e9es, \u00e0 leur vie quotidienne en tant que r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et \u00e0 l&#039;instabilit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle que cela peut entra\u00eener. Cela m&#039;a rendu plus patient lorsque je travaillais avec eux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand je traverse la cour, ces m\u00eames enfants crient mon nom ou se pr\u00e9cipitent pour me saluer. Ils affichent des visages souriants et un enthousiasme d\u00e9bordant \u00e0 chaque instant, et la plupart d&#039;entre eux prouvent chaque jour \u00e0 leur mani\u00e8re leur d\u00e9sir d&#039;apprendre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre r\u00f4le en tant que b\u00e9n\u00e9voles avec SB OverSeas est d&#039;aider sinc\u00e8rement la communaut\u00e9, de faire de notre mieux pour soutenir les \u00e9tudiants dans leur \u00e9ducation en utilisant les ressources disponibles et de leur accorder l&#039;attention dont ils ont besoin pour r\u00e9ussir. <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I started volunteering with SB OverSeas in March, at the centre within the Ouzai refugee camp located in Saida.
