Je m'appelle Aizhan. Je suis n\u00e9 et j'ai grandi au Kazakhstan, un pays magnifique et immense d'Asie centrale. Mais cela fait 9 ans que je suis partie \u00e9tudier \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger. <\/span><\/span>Tout au long de ces ann\u00e9es \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger, j'ai rencontr\u00e9 tant de personnes d'horizons diff\u00e9rents et cette exp\u00e9rience a eu un impact \u00e9norme sur la formation de mes convictions et de mes visions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span>\u00c0 la suite de cette exp\u00e9rience, j'ai tir\u00e9 une conclusion principale\u00a0: peu importe d'o\u00f9 nous venons et malgr\u00e9 nos origines religieuses et culturelles, nous sommes tous des personnes \u00e0 la fin avec les m\u00eames probl\u00e8mes, pr\u00e9occupations, peurs, r\u00eaves, besoins, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Par cons\u00e9quent<\/span><\/span><\/span>, les activit\u00e9s de SB Overseas me plaisent beaucoup. <\/span><\/span>Nous travaillons avec des jeunes du monde entier qui se sont retrouv\u00e9s dans une situation difficile<\/span><\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span>Je crois<\/span><\/span><\/span> notre <\/span><\/span><\/span>assistance<\/span><\/span><\/span> est crucial car ces adolescents sont au tout d\u00e9but de leur parcours de vie et le soutien de la communaut\u00e9 est particuli\u00e8rement important pour eux<\/span><\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

J'ai d\u00e9couvert SB Overseas par l'interm\u00e9diaire d'un ami de mon ami. Il nous a invit\u00e9s \u00e0 venir \u00e0 une pr\u00e9sentation organis\u00e9e par l'\u00e9quipe en d\u00e9cembre 2016. <\/span><\/span>Alors d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance au centre NOH, j'ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que je voulais m'impliquer le plus possible dans les activit\u00e9s anim\u00e9es par l'\u00e9quipe du week-end SB<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Les jeunes du centre NOH ne restent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas plus de 3 semaines. <\/span><\/span>Par cons\u00e9quent<\/span><\/span><\/span>, la plupart du temps, nous travaillons avec diff\u00e9rents enfants car ils tournent sans arr\u00eat. L'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, il y avait un gar\u00e7on qui est rest\u00e9 \u00e0 NOH pendant presque 2 mois. Donc je me suis en quelque sorte habitu\u00e9 \u00e0 l'id\u00e9e qu'il \u00e9tait toujours l\u00e0 pour participer aux activit\u00e9s. Et une fois nous sommes venus l\u00e0-bas pour faire des activit\u00e9s et il n'\u00e9tait pas l\u00e0 car il <\/span><\/span>a \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/span> vers un autre centre. Alors toute l'\u00e9quipe s'est inqui\u00e9t\u00e9e pour lui car avant on avait aussi appris qu'il avait une maladie grave. Mais deux semaines plus tard, nous l'avons vu au centre de la Croix Rouge et quelques mois plus tard, je l'ai vu au centre-ville de Bruxelles. C'\u00e9tait merveilleux de le voir s'int\u00e9grer dans une nouvelle communaut\u00e9 et j'esp\u00e8re qu'il est maintenant en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et heureux.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Le plus difficile pour moi \u00e9tait la gestion du temps. <\/span><\/span>Parfois, il est assez difficile de trouver du temps le week-end pour les courses personnelles et le b\u00e9n\u00e9volat \u00e0 NOH<\/span><\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Prenez plus d'initiatives ! Donc toute nouvelle suggestion <\/span><\/span>En ce qui concerne<\/span><\/span><\/span> les activit\u00e9s sont toujours les bienvenues. <\/span><\/span>Mais je pense aussi que c'est <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00e9galement<\/span><\/span><\/span> important de prendre l'initiative de sensibiliser \u00e0 la situation des jeunes et au SB afin que la communaut\u00e9 puisse \u00eatre mieux inform\u00e9e et \u00e9duqu\u00e9e<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
