Lundi, nous avons commenc\u00e9 par une conf\u00e9rence \u00e0 l&#039;European Endowment of Democracy&#039;<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.democracyendowment.eu\/calendar-of-events\/#!\/month-0\/event-1\/2526\/\">Relever les d\u00e9fis de la protection des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s<\/a>.&#8217;<\/span> Cette conf\u00e9rence a r\u00e9uni un certain nombre d&#039;orateurs qui ont discut\u00e9 des trois diff\u00e9rentes formes de fatigue parmi les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s eux-m\u00eames, la communaut\u00e9 d&#039;accueil et la communaut\u00e9 internationale. Nous avons entendu des histoires de terrain de l&#039;organisation SAWA qui ont partag\u00e9 leurs exp\u00e9riences et leurs d\u00e9fis en travaillant au Liban. L&#039;attention a \u00e9t\u00e9 attir\u00e9e sur les questions d&#039;expulsions de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s sans pr\u00e9avis, les taux de suicide et la violence sexiste. Les implications apport\u00e9es par cette nouvelle soi-disant \u00ab\u00e9conomie de guerre\u00bb qui est bas\u00e9e sur des crimes tels que la drogue, la traite des \u00eatres humains et en raison du conflit ont prosp\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons ensuite assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence tenue au Carnegie Institute &#039;<a href=\"https:\/\/carnegieeurope.eu\/2018\/04\/24\/will-syrian-refugees-return-home\/jw1p\">Les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s syriens rentreront-ils chez eux ?<\/a>Cette conf\u00e9rence \u00e9tait bas\u00e9e sur le r\u00e9cent rapport de Maha Yahya qui d\u00e9crit les facteurs qui conduiraient \u00e0 un retour des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s syriens en Syrie. Le panel comprenait \u00e9galement Stefan Lehne, qui a r\u00e9dig\u00e9 un rapport expliquant pourquoi l&#039;UE n&#039;est toujours pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9e \u00e0 la prochaine crise migratoire et Simon Mordue, de la DG Home.<\/p>\n<p>Le mardi, nous avons assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la <a href=\"http:\/\/urbact.eu\/sites\/default\/files\/media\/arrival_cities_final_conference_-_agenda.pdf\">Conf\u00e9rence finale Arrival Cities : Co-cr\u00e9er pour une meilleure inclusion des migrants et des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s<\/a>. Ici, nous avons re\u00e7u un aper\u00e7u d&#039;une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de villes diff\u00e9rentes \u00e0 travers l&#039;UE sur la fa\u00e7on dont elles ont int\u00e9gr\u00e9 les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et les migrants dans leurs villes.
