La conf\u00e9rence visait \u00e0 rassembler des organisations de base impliqu\u00e9es dans la facilitation de l&#039;int\u00e9gration des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et des demandeurs d&#039;asile dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 belge. Singa, Refugees Got Talent et Tandem ont rejoint SB OverSeas dans un panel inspirant et parfois \u00e9mouvant, compos\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et de citoyens europ\u00e9ens.<\/p>\n<p>SB OverSeas a eu l&#039;occasion de pr\u00e9senter son programme SB ESPOIR et de partager avec le public les le\u00e7ons apprises au cours de ses presque 3 ans d&#039;activit\u00e9. Initialement mis en place pour les enfants demandeurs d&#039;asile r\u00e9sidant au centre d&#039;accueil du Petit Ch\u00e2teau, SB ESPOIR est aujourd&#039;hui un programme d&#039;int\u00e9gration pour les mineurs non accompagn\u00e9s r\u00e9sidant au centre d&#039;observation et d&#039;orientation de Fedasil et du centre d&#039;accueil de la Croix-Rouge \u00e0 Uccle. Veronica, la porte-parole de SB OverSeas, a soulign\u00e9 l&#039;importance d&#039;un tel projet pour promouvoir le dialogue interculturel et l&#039;inclusion sociale. En offrant aux jeunes migrants et aux volontaires locaux et internationaux des opportunit\u00e9s de se rencontrer et de participer \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, la citoyennet\u00e9 active est encourag\u00e9e et l&#039;int\u00e9gration favoris\u00e9e. Parmi les le\u00e7ons partag\u00e9es avec le public, SB OverSeas a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 l&#039;importance d&#039;un processus d&#039;int\u00e9gration pr\u00e9coce et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de consid\u00e9rer les nouveaux arrivants comme des acteurs capables de s&#039;engager et de contribuer positivement \u00e0 leur soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d&#039;accueil.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce aux pr\u00e9sentations des autres repr\u00e9sentants d&#039;ONG, SB OverSeas a pu d\u00e9couvrir les initiatives locales existantes en Belgique pour int\u00e9grer les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 du travail (Tandem), faciliter les \u00e9changes et l&#039;inclusion par la musique (Refugees Got Talent) et promouvoir des activit\u00e9s pour \u00e9tablissement de relations (Singa). Plut\u00f4t que de chercher \u00e0 assimiler les nouveaux arrivants \u00e0 la culture d&#039;accueil, toutes les organisations, y compris SB OverSeas, \u0153uvrent pour le renforcement du dialogue entre les cultures. Bruxelles a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 mentionn\u00e9e comme l&#039;exemple parfait pour permettre \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes communaut\u00e9s et traditions de se rencontrer et de vivre ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Le public s&#039;est engag\u00e9 activement dans la discussion, animant le d\u00e9bat avec des questions, des contributions et des curiosit\u00e9s personnelles.
