Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette collaboration, les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s de Saida recevront une formation professionnelle en peinture qui leur donnera le bagage professionnel ad\u00e9quat pour ma\u00eetriser leur avenir professionnel.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme consiste en une p\u00e9riode de formation de 5 semaines anim\u00e9e et mise en \u0153uvre par l&#039;IECD anim\u00e9e par notre \u00e9quipe de Saida. 20 hommes du refuge ont la possibilit\u00e9 de participer \u00e0 l&#039;issue desquels un certificat sera obtenu accr\u00e9ditant leur capacit\u00e9 professionnelle aupr\u00e8s d&#039;un employeur ou d&#039;un client potentiel.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;IECD promeut l&#039;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9ducation et \u00e0 la formation professionnelle au Liban depuis 1989. Convaincus que l&#039;\u00e9ducation et la formation sont les cl\u00e9s du d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et humain, leur mission est d&#039;accompagner le changement par l&#039;\u00e9change de personnes et de partenaires locaux.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreux jeunes hommes d&#039;origine syrienne vivant au Liban en tant que r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une nouvelle s\u00e9rie de d\u00e9fis socio-\u00e9conomiques. En raison de l&#039;abondance de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9s de travailler, les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s sont des cibles faciles d&#039;exploitation. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 des emplois ind\u00e9sirables ou dangereux, le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre des forces sur le march\u00e9 du travail des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s est une grande vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 pour la communaut\u00e9. Le bien-\u00eatre de la communaut\u00e9 d\u00e9pend fortement de l&#039;autonomisation \u00e9conomique et de l&#039;ind\u00e9pendance financi\u00e8re des prestataires, qui sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les hommes ; p\u00e8res, maris et fils.
