Rejoignez SB Espoir et donnez de l'espoir aux r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s de votre communaut\u00e9 SB OverSeas, une organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif travaillant en Belgique et au Liban, aidant ceux qui fuient les conflits gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des programmes d'\u00e9ducation et d'autonomisation tout en fournissant de l'aide et en sensibilisant \u00e0 la crise humanitaire. Depuis 2015, <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

nous avons activement soutenu les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s \u00e0 Bruxelles, depuis le travail avec les jeunes arrivant au Parc Maximillian de mani\u00e8re ponctuelle et en fonction des besoins jusqu'\u00e0 maintenant le SB Espoir <\/p>\n\n\n\n

projet qui travaille directement dans les centres d'h\u00e9bergement qui accueillent les jeunes mineurs demandeurs d'asile et les femmes, en menant des activit\u00e9s de comp\u00e9tences de vie et de soutien psychosocial qui les soutiennent dans leur nouvelle vie \u00e0 Bruxelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tant que b\u00e9n\u00e9vole SB Espoir, vous participerez \u00e0 nos activit\u00e9s pendant les week-ends, allant du sport \u00e0 la formation aux comp\u00e9tences de vie en passant par les arts et l'artisanat. Ces activit\u00e9s se concentrent sur la constitution d'\u00e9quipes et la formation professionnelle, de cette fa\u00e7on nous pouvons soutenir l'inclusion des jeunes dans leur nouveau foyer et d\u00e9velopper leurs comp\u00e9tences. Cependant, ils d\u00e9veloppent non seulement les comp\u00e9tences des jeunes, mais \u00e9galement celles de nos b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, car cela vous fera sortir de votre zone de confort en travaillant avec des personnes du monde entier venant d'horizons tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents, ce qui mettra \u00e0 l'\u00e9preuve vos comp\u00e9tences interculturelles et de communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 postuler c'est une exp\u00e9rience unique pour apporter de l'espoir aux autres tout en vous challengeant. Une exp\u00e9rience de travail avec des jeunes et\/ou de travail dans un milieu de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s est tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e\u00a0; les personnes qui parlent espagnol, pashto, dari\/farsi, arabe et kurde sont encourag\u00e9es \u00e0 postuler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si vous souhaitez postuler pour faire du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat avec nous, gardez \u00e0 l'esprit que nous exigeons un engagement d'au moins 3 mois (octobre-d\u00e9cembre), vous devez \u00eatre disponible pour venir aux activit\u00e9s au moins deux apr\u00e8s-midi de week-end par mois. La position de tous ceux qui cherchent \u00e0 faire une diff\u00e9rence et \u00e0 cro\u00eetre de fa\u00e7on exponentielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
