Soutien Belge Overseas, connu sous le nom de SB Overseas, est n\u00e9 d'un effort communautaire de citoyen.nes bruxellois.nes concern\u00e9.es qui ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'intervenir dans la crise humanitaire en cours au Moyen-Orient. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que leurs efforts prenaient de l'ampleur et grandissaient en impact, une \u00e9vidence s'est impos\u00e9e : fournir un environnement s\u00fbr aux enfants \u00e9tait une solution \u00e0 court terme, mais il n'y avait pas d'espoir \u00e0 long terme pour une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d'enfants dont l'\u00e9ducation avait \u00e9t\u00e9 interrompue par la guerre. Il \u00e9tait \u00e9vident qu'une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration enti\u00e8re d'enfants \u00e9tait laiss\u00e9e en marge de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, sans avoir les comp\u00e9tences ou les possibilit\u00e9s de reprendre leur vie en main. C'est dans cette optique que SB OverSeas a ouvert sa premi\u00e8re \u00e9cole au Liban, actuellement terre d'accueil de plus d'un million et demi de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9.es syrien.nes. Depuis l'ouverture de notre premi\u00e8re \u00e9cole, nous avons \u00e9tendu nos activit\u00e9s \u00e0 trois \u00e9coles \u00e0 Shatila, Arsal et Saida. Nous avons \u00e9galement \u00e9largi nos programmes pour proposer des formations professionnelles aux adultes ainsi que des cours d'autonomisation pour lutter contre la pratique de plus en plus r\u00e9pandue du mariage des enfants. Notre si\u00e8ge est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Bruxelles, en Belgique, o\u00f9 nous coordonnons ces activit\u00e9s et g\u00e9rons nos projets SB Espoir, SB Harmonie, SB O\u2082 et Son Choix, Son Avenir, ainsi que des programmes d'int\u00e9gration et d'insertion avec et pour les mineur.es non accompagn\u00e9.es, les femmes isol\u00e9es et les m\u00e8res vivant dans des centres d'asile.<\/p>\n
