Le visage des demandeur.euses d\u2019asile est souvent masculin. Or, en moyenne, presque autant de femmes que d\u2019hommes migrent en Belgique. Bien que le parcours de migration soit unique \u00e0 chaque individu.e, le genre est un facteur d\u00e9terminant dans le processus de migration, tant lors de la fuite, de l\u2019attribution du statut de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9.es que de l\u2019int\u00e9gration et de la r\u00e9installation au sein d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Les femmes sont expos\u00e9es \u00e0 des violences de genre et des pers\u00e9cutions distinctives en raison du simple fait d\u2019\u00eatre des femmes, d\u2019une part, et de leur situation de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9, d\u2019autre part. Lors de leur parcours migratoire, elles sont souvent victimes de la traite des \u00eatres humains, de mutilations, de violences ou d\u2019abus physiques, psychologiques et sexuels.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ce projet a pour but de faciliter l\u2019inclusion et l\u2019int\u00e9gration des femmes et des filles r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es en leur fournissant un soutien sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 et un accompagnement psycho-social, \u00e9conomique et professionnel adapt\u00e9s. Notre objectif est d\u2019int\u00e9grer le genre, ses dimensions et ses implications dans nos actions, nos analyses et nos missions. En d\u2019autres termes, tout en distinguant les besoins des femmes mineures et des femmes adultes, il nous est primordial de tenir compte des besoins sp\u00e9cifiques des unes et des autres et de leurs donner des outils qui les m\u00e8neront et les guideront vers l\u2019autonomie, la libert\u00e9 et l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance.<\/span><\/p>\n
