Leadership au F\u00e9minin<\/strong> Leadership au f\u00e9minin<\/em> Lanc\u00e9 en octobre 2024, ce projet vise \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l'urgence d'am\u00e9liorer l'acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 du travail pour les femmes d'origine migratoire en Belgique<\/strong> trop souvent confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des formes multiples de discrimination et de marginalisation. En leur fournissant des comp\u00e9tences essentielles et un accompagnement personnalis\u00e9, nous ambitionnons de renforcer leur employabilit\u00e9.<\/strong> Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des formations adapt\u00e9es en comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques, interpersonnelles et linguistiques,<\/strong> combin\u00e9s \u00e0 des initiatives de d\u00e9veloppement personnel et \u00e0 un mentorat individuel,<\/strong>nous favorisons leur autonomie et leur inclusion sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/span>\u00a0Nous favorisons le d\u00e9veloppement personnel, cr\u00e9ons des espaces s\u00e9curis\u00e9s et \u00e9tablissons un programme de mentorat individuel reliant les participantes \u00e0 notre r\u00e9seau d\u2019experts et d\u2019employeurs. Cette approche holistique vise \u00e0 faciliter leur int\u00e9gration professionnelle et leur succ\u00e8s \u00e0 long terme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
