Les programmes d'autonomisation de SBO soutiennent le renforcement des comp\u00e9tences et la r\u00e9silience des femmes et des filles. Nous formons des femmes et des adolescentes dans divers m\u00e9tiers et comp\u00e9tences professionnelles. Un exemple est notre programme visant \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 l'\u00e9limination de l'analphab\u00e9tisme chez les femmes et les enfants.<\/p>\n

SBO asbl apporte \u00e9galement une aide et un soutien psychologique aux enfants et aux femmes, en particulier aux victimes de traumatismes de guerre et aux jeunes filles victimes de mariages d'enfants. Nous livrons des programmes sp\u00e9cifiques et \u00e9tudi\u00e9s \u00e9labor\u00e9s par des psychologues et des travailleurs sociaux.<\/p>\n

SBO est soutenu par le gouvernement qui collabore avec diverses institutions et organismes nationaux et \u00e9trangers afin de parvenir \u00e0 un d\u00e9veloppement global de la r\u00e9gion.
Nous sensibilisons davantage aux droits des femmes et des filles, \u00e0 la lutte contre la discrimination et \u00e0 l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et des genres.
Les personnes inscrites au programme d'autonomisation suivent un cours de 3 mois dans l'un de nos centres \u00e0 (Saida, Beyrouth ou Arsal), tous situ\u00e9s dans ou \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des camps afin d'\u00eatre facilement accessibles aux femmes et aux jeunes.
Le programme est divis\u00e9 en deux domaines : acad\u00e9mique, qui comprend l'enseignement des langues et l'alphab\u00e9tisation ; et la formation professionnelle, qui comprend une formation pratique, notamment en informatique, en couture et en tricot.
La formation professionnelle est principalement ax\u00e9e sur la couture et l'apprentissage de la laine, qui permettent aux femmes non seulement d'apprendre un m\u00e9tier, mais aussi de se constituer un revenu r\u00e9gulier.<\/p>\n
