As of now, donors living and paying tax in the USA can make tax-deductible donations to SB OverSeas asbl, following the agreement of a new partnership between them and the King Baudouin Foundation US (KBFUS).<\/p>\n

The KBFUS is the US arm of the Belgian Fondation Roi Baudouin<\/em>, and is a public charity, within the meaning of Sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) of the IRC. US residents who make a donation to the SB OverSeas US Fund<\/a> will receive an acknowledgement of their donation from the KBFUS, which they can use as a receipt for gift substantiation purposes.<\/p>\n
